Aerial Yoga Flow Basics
If you have not tried an Aerial class yet, this is your opportunity! We’ll show you our signature safety basics with an emphasis on safety and health benefits. Then, we’ll guide you in a yoga asana class where your mat practice is brought to the air. Inversion therapy and decompression of the spine will be integrated dynamically in this practice. You will develop strength, ability, balance and increase overall mobility and flexibility in this practice. Suitable for all levels.
Aerial Yoga Flow
A yoga asana class where your mat practice is brought to the air. Inversion therapy and decompression of the spine are dynamically integrated in this practice. Develop strength, agility, balance and increase overall mobility and flexibility in flight. All levels welcomed. Flow Basics is recommended.
Aerial Yoga Flow + Inversions
An advanced Yoga Flow class where students will hold inversions for longer durations and transitions through positions in challenging ways, including flips. A strong focus will be on amplifying upper body and core strength, balance and improving yoga asana inversions. Skills obtained can be returned to the mat yoga class with positive results. Suitable for those who have taken a few Flow classes.
A 45 minute, high cardio, strength training class using aerial silks, suspension training techniques and weights. Participants will focus on developing core strength, balance and overall body performance thru principles of pilates, ballet, weight and interval training. Recovery is offered with deep stretches using the aerial silk throughout and at the close of class. Suitable for all levels.

Inversion therapy is integrated with the silk hammock to offer a true recovery of isometric training while throughout the workout you get three-dimensional movement. BarreFly is energetic beat driven, targeting the upper body, thighs, seat, and abs. Suitable for all levels.
Weaving principles of traditional ballet, aerial dance and musicality. Aerial DanceFly is a choreographed class where participants learn and perform an aerial dance routine under the instruction of a trained dancer and Aerialist. You don’t have to be a dancer to come to this class, but it is required that participants have completed an Aerial Flow Basics class.
Aerial Restore & Meditate
A restorative yoga practice using the silk hammocks that are lowered to the floor. YOu will experience a slower pace, poses to soothe your nervous system and movements that cultivates a self and body awareness. Suitable for all levels. No experience necessary.
Aerial Restore & Nidra
A restorative yoga practice using the silk hammocks that are lowered to the floor. You will experience a slower pace, poses to soothe your nervous system and movements that cultivate a self and body awareness. Nidra, or yoga sleep, is a meditation that gives you an opportunity for deep relaxation with hope to reaching a state of Samadhi. Suitable for all levels. No experience necessary.
