My personal yoga journey has been transformative, and I hope to foster a similar experience for others. As an instructor, I aim to create a safe space for self-exploration. I view each class as an opportunity for students to realize the power that lies within, to practice self-compassion, or simply take 60 minutes for themselves. I guide with an empowered curiosity, never forgetting that I’m still a student myself. Words to describe my style: Stimulating, Balanced, Challenging, Reflective, Relatable, Dynamic!
“My passion for yoga started in my early years and has revolutionized into a healing modality. Through yoga, I have learned to surrender more and react less, open and soften the mind of ego, loosen specific holding patterns, as well as, how to rebuild and transform my mental, physical and spiritual states. In turn, this is what I strive to provide to others. My infatuation with yoga and its benefits, as well as the aerial arts, makes the combination of the two modalities an incredible practice of mind – body awareness. It is an honor to be able to hold and create space for individuals, to use mindful focus on breath with body movement to find peace and calm in busy lives. My practice incorporates deep breath meditations to create space for fluid movement and strength. I hope to create a fun, safe and loving environment that is always accompanied by groovy playlists and positive energy. A space where students can be themselves, flow freely within their own bodies, and find ease in their lives. If I am not on my mat, you can catch me dancing to some live music or on an adventure somewhere with my dogs.”
