My personal yoga journey has been transformative, and I hope to foster a similar experience for others. As an instructor, I aim to create a safe space for self-exploration. I view each class as an opportunity for students to realize the power that lies within, to practice self-compassion, or simply take 60 minutes for themselves. I guide with an empowered curiosity, never forgetting that I’m still a student myself. Words to describe my style: Stimulating, Balanced, Challenging, Reflective, Relatable, Dynamic!
