New You Warriors 2019
Last January, Atherial Fitness gave away six-month studio memberships to eight lucky Denver residents so they could commit to bettering themselves for the new year. The participant’s goals ranged: some wanted to lose weight and gain strength while others wanted to cultivate more mindfulness and come back to center. Whatever the health goal was, Atherial was there to help them along the way.
Now is the time for us to do it again!
We are accepting applications for our New You program through January 11, 2019. That means eight lucky Denver residents will win a six-month free membership to our studio! This year we’ve also added a bonus option – two months of free personal training sessions with our NASM-certified instructor, Emilianna!
Choose which option would be better for your life and goals, New You or Personal Training, and then submit your application by January 11, 2019. All applicants must review our schedule offerings before applying and ensure they can commit to the program if selected. New You and Personal Training programs are open to new flyers only.
New You Warrior Program
Atherial Fitness is gifting eight lucky Denver residents with a free six-month membership to our studio! Throughout the six months we’ll hold you accountable to your goals and give you the space and resources you need to make your dreams a reality. We want to give back to our community in a way that will create exponential change and impact lives for the foreseeable future. We are here to help you get on the path to becoming the best possible YOU. What do we get out of it? We get to see how a membership to our studio changes lives.
Those selected to the New You Program must commit to attending minimum of 15 classes per month in addition to our kick-off meeting which will take place the evening of February 2, 2019.

Personal Training Program
Atherial Fitness is gifting one lucky Denver resident with two months of free personal training sessions with our NASM-certified instructor and personal trainer, Emilianna! You’ll work directly with Emilianna to identify your goals for the program and then she’ll help you develop a plan specifically fit to your needs. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase flexibility, gain strength, or come back to your center, Emilianna will help you get there.
The selected Personal Training winner must commit to attending two sessions per week in addition to attending our kick-off meeting which will take place the evening of February 2, 2019.

Applications are due January 11, 2019 at midnight. We’ll review all applications and contact semi-finalists by January 18, 2019. Semi-finalists may need to provide additional information. The final winners will be selected and contacted by January 25, 2019. Both the New You and Personal Training programs will begin in February 2019.
